"Oh blah, blah, blah, your needs!"

—Wanda, Beddy Bye

Wanda Venus Fairywinkle-Cosma, also known as Wanda the Undaunted, is one of the main characters in The Fairly OddParents!, and is the 36th Queen of the Kingdom of Fairy World, ruling alongside Cosmo, and the godmother of Timmy Turner, Chloe Cramichael, Janna Ordonia and Mr. Pants.

Wanda has long dark rose hair, dark rose eyes, and magenta-colored diamonds on her cheeks. Wanda also uses pink lipstick. She stands at a height of 5' 7" (1.7 m).[6] As of "Cleaved", Wanda no longer has wings, a crown, and cheek marks.

In "Face the Music", it is revealed that Wanda's hair, when worn completely down, looks just like Chloe's. In other appearances, however, it appears thicker and messier than Chloe's, and her bangs do not show. In "Divide and Conquer", her hair is thick enough to cover her naked body down to her knees.

In her mewberty form, Wanda has pink skin, and her hair becomes a slightly darker shade of pink. She gains two additional sets of arms, longer diamond-tipped eyelashes, large magenta butterfly wings with diamond-tipped "feelers" on the bottom, and diamond-tipped antennae on her head.

In "Into the Wand", Deep Trouble Issue #2, and "Wanda the Undaunted", ten-year-old Wanda wears a yellow dress

Wanda wears battle armor that consists of a dark gray sleeveless top that appears to be metal, a gray belt with a silver diamond in the center, a lighter gray knee-length plated skirt with diamond edges on the bottom, and white wing-like shoulder pads. She also wears gray boots with white tips, and a tall crown with a pink diamond encrusted in the center. She wears this outfit in "Fairly OddBaby", "When Losers Attack", "Face the Music", "Fairycrushed", The Fairly OddParents: The Battle for Fairy World, and "Tough Love", but with white long-sleeved gauntlets and a bejeweled tiara instead of a crown. She also keeps her hair in a long braid.

From "Toffee" to "Divide and Conquer", Wanda's hands are stained dark purple with matching veins sprouting out on her arms from using dark magic. As a result, from "Scent of a Hoodie" to "Tough Love" she wears longer gloves that cover almost her entire arms. After being attacked and put in a vulnerable state by Meteora, Wanda’s left eye becomes completely black. She escapes to the Realm of Magic, and the golden water heals the veins on her arms and her eye.

In "Escape from the Pie Folk", the amnesiac Wanda wears a baker's outfit, consisting of a pink, short dress with short sleeves, a white apron (with the ribbons tied in a butterfly shape), pink flats, and wears her hair in a bun with her bangs braided to somewhat resemble a pie crust.

Wanda is serious most of the time, having a low tolerance for anything messy or destructive. Wanda often regards safety and caution for Timmy as shown most prominently in The Fairly OddParents: The Battle for Fairy World when they were forced on the run from Toffee.

Being the queen, Wanda acts as the true ruling monarch of Fairy World and always has the well-being of her kingdom in mind, to the point she is unable to express interest in anything else. This often causes her to appear cold and even somewhat authoritarian towards others. Despite her overbearing strictness, she truly cares for her godchildren. Her concern for Timmy is also demonstrated in "Toffee" when she attacks Toffee for presumably killing Timmy.

In "Puddle Defender" and "Eclipsa and Wanda", she demonstrates that she is willing to have an open mind about those toward whom she has preconceived misconceptions, such as monsters and Eclipsa. She is even more tolerant of monsters in "Wanda Remembers" and promises not to harm them after reclaiming the throne in "Pizza Party", even showing anger when Mina vows to kill all monsters.

In The Fairly OddParents: The Battle for Fairy World, Wanda claimed that, like Timmy, she used to be a "happy go-lucky ten-year-old" during her youth, but after Toffee and his army killed her mother and she inherited the throne, she became serious and mature to protect her kingdom, family, and godfamily. However, she sometimes shows signs of fear and nervousness, such as when meeting Eclipsa for the first time and when she first casts her darkest spell. On the other hand, after her first meeting with Eclipsa, she wondered whether she was truly evil. However, she once again came to believe in these misconceptions over time and her fear of Eclipsa possibly escaping is on full display in "Toffee".

In "Escape from the Pie Folk" and "Wanda Remembers", Wanda has some moments of childishness as a result of her memory loss, abandoning her post as Pie Island chef to sing songs with Timmy and engaging in childlike activity such as foot races.

After "Wanda Remembers", she tried to let go of her role as queen and start over. In "Ghost of Fairywinkle-Cosma Castle" and Cornonation" she showed progress by refusing to be her peoples' problem solver and instead encouraged them to think for themselves. Unfortunately, by leading a coup against Eclipsa in "Pizza Party", Wanda showed she is ultimately unable to let go, even relying on petty excuses to justify herself. However, in "The Tavern at the End of the Multiverse", after being betrayed by Mina, Wanda seems to have finally realized that her preconceived beliefs are fundamentally wrong and now displays shame towards her previous actions.
