Hekatia Fairywinkle, also known as Hekatia the Necromancer, is the sixth queen of the kingdom of Fairy World, Helia Fairywinkle's daughter, and one of Timmy's godpredecessors.

When Hekatia inherited the Royal Magic Wand, she became known for making her studies on dark magic. It is believed that she had learned how to communicate with the dead, control them, and even reverse death.
